Applicants accepted by the Application Centre: The Application Centre accepts authentication applications from Chinese citizens,Pakistan citizens or citizens of other countries staying in Pakistan with appropriate legal status.

Documents which are of foreign origin, issued by another country other than Pakistan cannot be accepted by center for authentication.
